WHO SHOULD ATTEND
A recent graduate from a professional or academic school, project assistant junior or professional project manager wishing to demonstrate an understanding of project management processes to effectively collaborate on projects.
Any other stakeholder wishing to pass the CAPM® exam and gain international recognition in project management and join a network of more than 700,000 members worldwide.
Knowledge of written technical English is required to take full advantage of this training.
Preparation blank exams are in English. The certification exam is in English with the possibility of obtaining online help in French or German if English is not the native language.
The PMI® has specific pre-requisites based on the level of academic qualification and experience in project management:
Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
1,500 hours of work in a project management team
23 hours training on project management education completed by the time you sit for the exam (this condition is fulfilled by attending this preparation course)
Participants will acquire advanced interpersonal skills and will learn how to use a variety of tools and techniques, in order to achieve effective and efficient projects.
Introduction to PMI® and CAPM®
Exam Simulations for each of the 5 process groups (Startup, Planning, Execution
Supervision and Control, Closing), as well as the 10 domains of knowledge.
Support for the elaboration of the application file and the registration procedure for the certification exam
This face-to-face training lasts 40 hours over 5 weeks, 2 or 3 days per week.
The method guarantees better preparation and assimilation of the exam content.
At the end of the training a certificate MTC Training & Consulting is issued. It validates the 23 hours of project management training required by PMI®. The International CAPM® Certificate is issued by PMI® (Project Management Institute) if the examination is successful.
